What's happening guys....I have been to you a few times and have paid 20 ( 18 plus 2 tip) each time and been happy, this time I am sorry to say you 100% lost it. There was plenty of you there and it wasn't very busy. Another guy I saw paid 10, took his change and his car was perfect.My windows were all smeared. When then sun shone I could see the marks more. My alloys were not clean. The mats were taken out and not put back, on the wrong sides on lifting them to put them on the right side the footwells had not been hoovered.Be interested in hearing what you had to say?
Possibly the worst car wash experience I have ever experienced - Not a hand car wash as the name fools you to believe as opposed to a spray of water attempt to remove dirt. The supposed owner who ushered me in, drove my car and quoted me for a 6 car wash for an exterior wash later goes on to say he had not seen my car to quote me properly as I had complained that the car remained dirty and clearly demonstrated the dirt can be removed with my hand and that in effect if I wanted my car properly washed I would have to pay 60 - If this wasn't bad enough, his customer service was disgusting, he pretty much squared up to me as if he was about to start a brawl to which effect I paid him his 6 as he told me to go find another car wash. He then came back to take pictures of the car as I said I would leave a review to this effect, bizarrely threatening that he would respond to my review with pictures of the dirty car which he refused to wash..... Avoid - Will try the outlet centre down the road instead!
Have been there several times to wash only the body of my vehicle.It is the first offer on the board for 6.Today, out of the sudden, they decided that they charge me for 10 because my car is 4 by 4 car. I even do not know what the guy meant by 4 by 4 car.Do not trust these people any more.
