Store manager let me exchange my misfitting watch without any fuss and a guy called David was very forthcoming in helping me find stuff. Polite girls too, will continue to use this store
Huge amount of products to choose from, never usually wait more than 5 to 10 minutes. Probably best to order online and collect it as faster than looking through catalogues in store.Parking is plentiful but getting in and out of the car park is a nightmare. Weekends and busy times be prepared to wait in queues.
No problem at all with Argos, or B&M Bargains, or Smyth's Toys, or any other of the shops in this complex as they are all great. However.......AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE AS THERE IS ONLY 1 ROAD IN AND 1 ROAD OUT. THE QUEUES COMING OUT OF THIS PLACE ARE HORRENDOUS. IT TOOK 35 MINUTES TO DRIVE 100 YARDS. RIDICULOUS. IT'S A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. ASHFORD COUNCIL NEED TO PUT A PLAN TOGETHER TO RELIEVE THE CONGESTION. WHEN YOU FINALLY GET OUT OF THE PLACE YOU FACE THE VERY REAL PROSPECT OF A TERRIBLE CRASH WHEN YOU HAVE TO NAVIGATE A DUAL CARRIAGEWAY LEADING TO THE M20 WITH A CONSTANT STREAM OF FAST TRAFFIC HURTLING PAST. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. WHY IS THERE ONLY 1 WAY IN AND 1 WAY OUT? BLOODY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID!
Visited the store today and was served by 2 very pleasant members of staff who couldn't have been more helpful, with their service they provided me thank you very much Lauren and Stacey for your very professional and friendly service, you are both a true credit to Argos
I went in here to collect a pre-ordered item. It was first thing in the morning, the shop had been open for half an hour and the shop was entirely empty...and yet it took 20 minutes to get the item. The staff looked more interested in talking to each other than helping me out. Very poor. Canterbury is much better, I'd recommend you go there instead....they're friendly and helpful.
