Contacted through Facebook to enquire if they stocked a particular flower. Very unhelpful and assumed I was just a member of the public and didn't have a trade. Worst customer service ever and rudeness I've encountered in 6 years of having my business.

After receiving our flowers today there was something missing on the order however after flagging this to Lisa she was straight in her car and drove from Ashford to our shop in Sevenoaks all to deliver 20 stems of freesia.
