I can never thank them enough for what the staff did for my dad and my family at Earls when my mum was there. They treated us like family, made sure we had all memories gathered we wanted such a hair keepsakes, fingerprints etc They even stayed longer after closing so i could visit my mum. Beverley is great and goes the extra mile for everyone and all the staff are so caring and kind.
Earl & Co dealt with the funeral of my late husband, George. My family and I were shown such care and compassion that enabled a sad and difficult day to be easier. I cannot state strongly enough how grateful we all are to Earl & Co. I could perhaps add that Nigel Adams was the Celebrant and the service he gave was just beautiful. Thank you all.
Not too sure where to start or even finish. The whole experience in dealing with "Earls" was truly fantastic. All the staff were simply amazing and made myself and very close family feel at pure ease in dealing with my late father. From first contact in dealing with the initial paperwork right the way through to the funeral day was excellent and was to very highest standards. I was particularly impressed with "Beverley". She always kept in close contact with progress updates etc and was really kind and down to earth. A true asset to your company. The same goes to the staff on the day who were so heart warming especially to my mum on arrival and treated not only her but myself in such a kind and caring manner and with the most utmost respect. We really did feel like we were your only clients. I will highly recommended yourselves to others in the future.Thank you so much.
My Mother sadly passed away on 14th July 2018. Relatives of mine have always used Earl and Co so they were my immediate choice. I have no experience of others to compare, but I am glad I chose Earls. From start to finish Beverley kept me informed and dealt with everything promptly.Every logistical problem that occurred was dealt with promptly and efficiently by her.The day of the funeral was organised like clockwork, everything tastefully done, and we were always given choices and advice.My Mum would have been so pleased with her 'Send Off' and I can't thank the entire staff at Earls enough.I highly recommend them.
