I have been to the elements dance studio last week to do a new beginners course of pole. It's such a lovely little studio, the ladies who run the fitness classes and who own it are so lovely, they make you feel so welcome and if you need any help they always message back. They do variety of fitness classes from pole to hoop etc. It is so clean and easy to get to so local.
The classes are fun and the staff are all excellent supportive teachers, what more could you ask for !
Do not recommend!!! Keeps on cancelling classes due to their not enough people turning up, also think this is them being lazy constantly making up excuses!!!!!!
