I used this Tool store for the first time, mainly because of a recommendation, and I like to see and feel tools, then having checked the competition online I soon concluded FFX could not be beaten. P & P kills deals but not here at FFX. Delivery was quick and first class service. I think the modern saying would be "FFX are sick", not quite sure I understand this terminology, but if this means Great then sick it is. Well done to a local company, FFX.

Ordered some safety boots, still haven't turned up days after the so called delivery date, call them for an update they have no clue what's going on and don't even sound like they care, but they are more than happy to have taken the money from my account.. Not impressed.. Might take a drive to the shop and help myself...
