Fuming turns up one minute late for appointment literally one minute dentist was still with patient and got turned away policy and procedures above patient well being

Cracked tooth after a filling even though I complained three times it's too high and uncomfortable. Never have time, all treatments are made in the rush. Never been offered to rinse my mouth, never got advice to visit hygienist, never had my teeth cleaned even a little (as some dentists do as my friends told me).
Went to see Dr Komala Reddy today and she was amazing, had a one hour appointment, Very professional and her Dental assistant was really helpful and kind also.Did an amazing job and made me feel at ease.Best Dentist I have ever used. Thanks again! A credit to her profession!
