Brilliant service
Absolutely shocking service from Dreams, in particular, Dean. The bed arrived with the frame covered in glue, exposed staples and wood coming out of the frame already. I phoned Dean who we dealt with in shop and his response was basically, ''What do you want me to do?''. He said phone head office, see what they say, after I phoned back again with no luck at head office, he just put the phone down. After spending over 3000 on a bed, you'd think the service would be better than that. Avoid at all costs.

Good range of bed's and mattresses and it is a decent size store. My only issue was I felt that the mattresses were a bit on the expensive side as I managed to find identical ones for almost half the price. However they do have a very large selection and stocked mattresses that you probably would struggle to find elsewhere.
