Great gym. Small, quiet and friendly. Facilities and great and its 24hrs too.

Excellent place to be if you are looking to join a gym. Its got all the brand new equipment and the atmosphere is really good. Very welcoming, genourius and helpful receptionist. Gym staffs are always around and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff and members,fantastic equipment, very clean and tidy, lovely showers that are private!! Cant complain. Really excited to see some positive changes now Ive changed gyms
