Ashford Fit Club is life changing. The workouts are varied & done to your own ability. The coaches offer so much support whenever you need it. The other members are so encouraging too. Coming to AFC is the best thing ive ever done.
Love this club and the people that make it such a pleasure to attend the classes! No one is discriminated for size age or anything! Its the most comfortable fitness club I have attended and I tried a few! Seriously good fun moves and music while toning what you got!! With people just like yourself xxxx
