Rooms clean and practicable, staff very pleasant. Dining room could do with expanding their menu. The dining staff are excellent, very professional, curteous and friendly.
In my travels I rarely find 4 star hotels that lives up to the 4 star rating, but this one does.The hotel looks upscale and the service reflects that too.One tiny thing, is the restaurant starts serving dinner from 1830 which is too late for me and in turn means I had to use the bar for the several weeks I stayed there, which isn't bad but the menu there is very limited.
Horizon Restaurant in the hotel: Honestly, Charlotte, the sommelier and Angie, the waitress made us an unforgettable dinner during our hotel stay. The food was amazing as well thanks to the professional chef and kitchen staff, and served by professionals who are lovely and knowledgeable like Angie and Charlotte is an invaluable experience. Thanks for that!
Lovely decor. Brilliant ambience. Air conditioner not working but was upgraded to a better room. Very great buffet breakfast
Hotel is very dated, old and tatty looking. Spa is lovely here and had a couple of treatments too. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Always explaining the different services that are available for used should you wish to use them. Had tea and cake in the restaurant after as was included in the deal I got. However to have bought anything is amazing expensive.
