What a cracking shop!Very friendly and first class service!
Im not local to Tenterden but have visited this shop twice due to mechanicals whilst out riding and both times staff have been exceptional. This week whilst miles from home I managed to drop my bike and bent the mech hanger. Having limped to RM Cycles not only did they have the correct (Giant) hanger in stock but they fitted it without charge whilst I waited. All the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.
The staff are very friendly and very knowledgable, I walk in not knowing what to buy, Kameron talked me through the different types of bike, we decided a full suspension giant was what I needed, very well priced, and didnt mind a bit of a haggle, cant wait to start riding, I really appreciate the great service Thanks .....

Very friendly and incredibly helpful staff.I was looking for a bike just to help improve my fitness and it has been years since I have owned one and I didn't have a clue what I actually needed.Problem solved very quickly, took my measurements so that I could choose the correct frame size and discussed what exactly were my main reasons for getting a bike.They were very honest and helpful and didn't just point me in the direction of the most expensive bike.They had a huge range to select from and although the one that I decided I liked the best wasn't actually in stock they put through an order and didn't even ask for a deposit.The bike will be in in a couple of days and then they just need to set it up and check that everything is working correctly.They are going to call me so I can go back and have a ride on it and then make any further adjustments that I may require, all included in the price quoted.Excellent service and very knowledgeable indeed and I would highly recommend this company if you need expert advice.If you know exactly what you are looking for then they can still help you with your purchase.They also stock an extensive range of accessories, everything from clothing, safety helmets and all other bike accessories. Very impressed indeed.
