I popped in here mainly for a replacement inner tube and the staff were very welcoming. They let me bring my bike in to fit it, lent me a pump and tools and helped me with it. Very good customer service I cant recommend enough.I picked up some additional bike essentials that were on sale too.

I have been a regular visitor since Spiral Cycles opened and love the service by all the team. Whether it be customising/servicing my bikes, fixing/ replacing parts when i get in a pickle which has happened more times than i can count, or shopping for handy accessories and tools, i know the place to go. It is like visiting a cool friend. Sometimes it is nice to just check out the new bikes in a relaxed, unflustered environment and be inspired.
I took my road bike into the shop back in July 2017 after my saddle 'fell off' as it had come away from the housing after losing an important bolt/nut on my route cycling from London to Paris. I was advised that my saddle was unique to my bike but thanks to them I was back on the road after a much appreciated repair was carried out. The saddle itself last the rest of the cycle and I made it to Paris unscathed :-)
Right where do I start. Took bike in for a replacement hose on my front brake. Was told 48hr turn around and quoted 19.99 three days later no response so I called shop only to be told that my brake lever had been broken and a replacement had been ordered. I asked my daughter who is 15 to pop in shop and check status, the people in the shop were rude and laughed in her face making a young girl feel very uncomfortable. I finally got my bike back nearly 4 weeks later only to find out the brake lever does not match the one that was broken.Appalling customer service and a shoddy repair. Avoid this shop use Halfords or even a non local shop. Shocking
