My Jaguar XF Premium Luxury went in for its 30,000 mile service as normal, since this services 2 of my parking sensors have failed and the Stop Start Eco Start no longer works.I took the car into Barrett's to take a look at the issues, as in my eyes the car was fine before the service they carried out. After waiting for the entire day they came back to me to explain the faults and they tried to charge me over 150!! for a diagnostic report which is outrageous considering I took the car to Barrett's because it has failed since they last touched it and I did not need a stupid report to tell me what I already knew I just wanted a price to fix they issues, which I feel they have created.In future I will never go to a main dealer, as it seems to me, they are no better than your standard garage on the High Street. On a final note their prices and charges are Daylight Robbery. It has been very disappointing
Had my car serviced on Monday and was looked after by Emily. Very knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the whole process.The team are always amazing and everyone friendly and welcoming. I'll be coming back next time for sure.Credit to the brand
The customer service was fantastic from ordering my car until collecting it. The member of staff who dealt with us always answered our questions quickly and with excellent understanding of the car. The presentation of the car made it easy to retain information so I felt confident about how to use it.I also didnt feel like my kids were in the way as the staff spoke to them and made us all feel at ease. Very highly recommended!
Really good experience, friendly knowledgeable staff who couldn't do enough. Parking isn't the easiest as it's quite full of cars but they are moving to a new premises which will rectify that. Couldn't recommend them enough!
