Had problems with my Dacia Duster with the dashboard and since it was getting a bit hard trying to get a courtesy car (since we have young children and my wife needs the car to get to work), Richard managed to get the car in to be checked over. Though it took about an hour or so to find the problem and fix it (it was a loose connection on the dashboard) I was made to feel very welcome by everyone and all the answers I got we were honest and informative.All in all, a masterclass in customer service.
