BAD service experience. Customer service staff great. Mechanical work BAD BAD BAD!!!! Took my car in for its second annual service, mentioned a defective handbrake. Could not replicate the fault. Ok, fair enough. When I collected the car - after the service, the handbrake problem was there, so when they moved the car from the garage to the front - collection area and applied the handbrake they obviously did not notice the fault with the handbrake light. New part ordered and car brought in today, again front of house customer service staff efficient and friendly. 12pm told car was ready. Went to collect car and - handbrake cover exposing two bolts was not fitted correctly. Had to wait again to have this rectified. Would NOT recommend. Clearly a lack in quality control. Disappointed.
Rating my experience on the service desk side of things. Awful would be an understatement, worst service Ive received from any kind of dealership or garage, use to use but will never ever go back. Ive used Renault in Tunbridge Wells which is 30 plus miles away instead of these. The service is so bad that Ill probably never buy another Renault and Ive had my current one 10 years!
