I experienced terrible customer service from them. I approached to sell my classic Italian car through them giving detailed information and a follow up email with some photos. Didn't receive a reply to the email after a couple of days and when I called to confirm if they'd received it they had but hand't had a chance to reply. I was then promised a return call within the hour and now 36 hours later still nothing. If they aren't interested in the custom it would be appreciated to know that. Alternatively, if they're trying to price my car it'd be nice to know they're doing just that and will take a while to get me an accurate pricing. But for now, won't be bothering with them again.

Furlonger continuously offer a great range of bespoke services for all of their customers whether it be minor maintenance, after sales, servicing or restoration etc. A brilliant company with a friendly and enthusiastic environment.
