APPALLING SERVICE. Four weeks previously a service was booked, with a request for minimum 'off-road' time, as the NHS vehicle is running 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Driver waits with vehicle. Arrived early only to have the vehicle re-parked elsewhere in waiting area by staff. After two hours and twenty minutes of watching other vehicles enter and leave the workshop the vehicle is driven in for the service. During the service it becomes apparent the dealer does not have the spares in stock to even carry out the service.... BRAKES!!!!! And then requests the vehicle to be left...due to their own inability to complete a simple service on a Ford Transit. Four and a half hours wasted. It is necessary to re-book it again and after explaining again 'off-road' time is critical, they now they want it left for a full day, for a two and a half task... Unhelpful and not competent. Since the change of staff the service dept is now abysmal. Begrudgingly one star
I've been buying Ford's from Invicta Motors Ashford for quite a few years now, and I'm completely satisfied in the sales team. Your always treated well and are looked after from start to finish of the sale.I know it's their job but they do it efficiently and make you feel at home.I'd recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go there.

Ford Focus was booked for a recall and a courtesy car was also booked 3 weeks in advance. On the morning of the appointment, I called the dealer to confirm the courtesy car was available, which I was informed it was. On arrival at the dealer, there was no courtesy car available after all, so had to wait for the work to be completed!!! This is the second time this has occurred, and also following booking at service dept, have also been turned away as the "parts" were not available!! This is extremely poor customer service! In fact, my car was booked for a valuation in lieu of purchase of a new car, this will not be happening now at this dealer! Absolutely dire, stay away!
We have bought our last 2 cars from Ford, Ashford and will go back again. We had great service, very helpful and they listen to what you want. The cars are absolutely fantastic, definitely recommend
