Collected my year old BMW M2 yesterday after it was taken for repair to ABL in Ashford. Got to say Im quite impressed with the work. After a 90 year old man pulled infront of me with no warning my car needed a new bonnet,bumper, grills, head light cross-members etc. The car looks good as new, theyve matched the paint perfectly and theres no uneven panel gaps! They even fitted genuine M grills when they were only wrapped before, saving me the hassle of having to get them done again. The only thing stopping a 5 star review is a lack of communication on their end, I had to call them several times for an update on what needed doing and when it would be completed by, apart from that I would recommend.
Sadly, this company was nominated by my insurance so Ididn't have much choice in the matter. Their customer service is appaling. First off, the accident was reported to them on a Monday and they said a recovery vehicle was booked for the same day. I chased them on Thursday to see where the recovery vehicle was, only to be told they had no record of the booking, but turned up on Friday.I'd hit a deer, so my front bumper was bust and the offside wing damaged as well as a few bits of plastic and grille but ABL took four weeks to decide to write off the vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle back it took ABL a further week to return it as they said they couldn't find it, eventually locating it at the Redhill branch having originally taken it to Ashford. Calling in was a hit and miss affair, sometines getting someone who knew what day it was, other times just hanging up. Avoid and tell your insurance company as well

Had our car repaired here through insurance company, great finished product with quality workmanship. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because they took a lot longer than expected to repair the car and courtesy car given was a Toyota Aygo.
i am shocked at all the bad reviews! my car has just been repaired by the Ashford branch and it looks great! the reception staff were so polite every time i called for updates and really understanding about the urgency of me wanting it done asap. the guys who picked it up/dropped it off were so friendly too! definitely recommend
