Love each dentist I've dealt with in there. It's a shame the receptionists have no personality and do not smile at any person that attends an appointment. This is also the same when dealing with them on the phone. They are the face on the practice so woukd expect them to be more approachable and friendly
Had to wait 2 weeks for an initial appointment. Fair enough. Got a text message 2 days before to remind of the appointment mentioning that If I cancel less than 24hours before the appointment I will be charged. Fair enough again. Then Oradent phone me less than 24hours before the appointment to say that they are fully booked and have to re arrange my appointment. The girl was rude on the phone and couldn't care less. What a joke. Having booked a day off work, waited 2 weeks and then the day before they cancel it a day after saying they'll charge me for cancelling. Cancelled all appoinments I'll go to a different dentist. Clowns.
I have been visiting Oradent for almost 10 years & have always found the staff very good & helpful they are great with my children who have never been scared. Would definitely recommend & have done to family & friends.
I have been coming to this dentist for over 20 years so have seen numerous changes.The reception staff are very friendly and do their very best to accommodate to your needs.Overall a good quality of care over the years and waiting times especially if it's an emergency. Highly recommended.
Was seen over a couple of visits by the dentist Sunny (and her excellent nurse Helen) who was everything her name suggests, happy, smiley and radiant. She made me feel totally at ease and my teeth now feel brilliant compared to how they were before. Big thanks, highly Recommended.
