Absolutely disgusted with level of service here receptionists fail to answer phones on multiple occasions,feel I have to justify myself through receptionist to get an appointment,Infact I feel that an attitude adjustment necessary most times by doctors and receptionist,promised one thing and received completely another,messed around from start to finish,never as good as theyre word,refused to refer me back to specialists even tho specialists have told me anytime I feel I need to go back just ask doctor to refer you,left me in pain moving me from pillar to post just to get a simple steroid injection for arthritis last year,this year apparently no doctor is trained to do it there and am in constant pain once again,I think I need to change my doctors surgery quick smart
Very very poor quality of care, by doctors and receptionist.The receptionist think they are qualified medical staff that's when you can actually get someone to answer the phone.
Thanks to Dr Omer Saddiq . He saved me from such a horrible ear pain . The way he treated me , I have never seen from other Doctor before .He is so nice .
Personal experience of absolute terrible customer services from both the doctors and reception team. No sense of care or professionalism showed. Problems werent solved, in fact they were ignored. Always late. WOULDNT recommend anyone to join the clinic!!
Awful doctors. Hard enough to get someone to answer the phone and get an appointment that isn't over the phone unless you have a proper moan. Unsympathetic doctors and the delayed time in getting to the bottom of anything (eg. Blood test results, referrals) is staggering.
