Very rude & abrupt receptionist. Phoned at 8am on hold for 20mins to be spoken to like ****. Whilst myself is busy trying to make an appointment in the morning plus feeling ill the last thing I want is to be holding for so long then for the receptionist to talk to me in a rude manner & when I asked her name she slammed the phone down. Disgusting start point

I can not believe the attitude and rudeness of the people answering the calls, I understand they have a lot of people call per day but do they need to make you feel like you're interrupting them by slamming the phone down as quick as possible when you're finished with your call

If I could I would give 0 stars. Seems to be no consequences when the staff are rude over the phone. I understand it can be a busy job at times. There no need to be rude. If you work long hours good luck on getting booked in. So rude, there needs to be more training for all the staff there. I would love to know how they get away with this. If you work with people and you are that rude in retail of whatever job you had, you be long gone. As I GP you must understand that people who work need to help as well. Seems like if you have kids or only work part time it's very easy to get booked in, you need to work with people who work full time as well, we are the people who pay the most tax to have a GP you need to work with us. You should have slots for people who work only full time as it's very unfair if we work Monday to Friday we can just wait around to get booked in. This GP needs to know if very not fair. Or I know work on the weekends most jobs now people work on weekends.

Would like to give a higher rating but after nearly two weeks I have not been able to get to make an appointment. The treatment I have received from Dr's and nurses has been great. I dont blame the recption staff for the difficulty in getting an appointment its the system they have to work to and too many new houses and no investment in infrastructure that is the problem

This is the worst place to have to contact when you are ill and need care. The whole set up is a disgrace and waist of tax payer money. If you are new in the area then save your life and run anywhere except here. You will never get through by phone and when you walk in then you are faced with the most unmotivated people on this planet. If you are lucky to see a doctor, then you will realise the lack of care continues further. its a hopeless place.
