0 starsMy wife called at 11am to try and get an appointment for our 1 month! year old baby. Got told we have to wait for a Doctor to call back to discuss the issue didn't receive a call back until 4pm. The Doctor didn't even book an appointment or want to see our baby just suggested it could be thrush and gave a prescription.Worst Doctors surgery, so annoying we can't change surgery and have to stick with this rubbish place as its the closest one.Even when I am ill I cant put myself through calling as know I will never get an appointment in time.
Im not actually a patient here but a couple of my family members are. I have recently visited the surgery a few times with my mum and although th surgery looks well equipped, clean and spacious with a helpful on-site chemist I was absolutely appalled by the manner of the receptionist there. Her tone was awful, she was loud for all to hear which Im sure embarrassed patients and members of the public. A particular new patient of Asian decent was clearly distressed. He had a sick child with terrible earache that he wanted urgently to see a doctor, the lady at the reception was so rude to him I almost got up from my seat. He was so polite with her yet she belittled him and put up obstacles while he was forcefully told to fill out his form.An absolute disgrace from a Public Health Service professional.
Would put no stars if I could. Appalling. Electronically sent my prescription but it failed. Refused to reissue it and hang up on me when I call. 6 months of medication they're withholding. Ridiculous.
Amazing team who dealt with the most terrified patient in such an understanding manner. The result of the cataract op-well absolutely amazing !! One very grateful patient! !
Im proud to be a patient at this surgery the doctors are all great my dad recently passed away and we had so much support from Doctor ghetto and the nursing team involved with dad made so comfy in his final days and after his death she was so efficient and supportive to us all leading up to his funeral Im extremely grateful as would he have been
